The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and RetailConnections this week announced speakers for the Retail Mobile Executive Summit in San Francisco in July.
Best Buy's senior vice president and general manager, John Thompson, will speak at the event, as will Meijer senior vice president of marketing and advertising Jeff Handler and Macy's vice president and chief privacy officer Keith Enright are confirmed to speak at the event, as will executives from Steve Madden and Kroger Co.
“This innovative executive summit will explore the future of retail in the new 'mobile era' marketplace,” Casey Chroust, RILA executive vice president of retail operations, said as part of the announcement. “We are excited to put forward a fantastic showcase of speakers and sessions that will cover the 'why' and 'how' of mobile technology and tackle the challenges and opportunities of this progressive space as it relates to retail.”
