WYNIT, Inc., a leading national distributor serving the consumer electronics, photo specialty, and print and presentation markets, announced today that eight reseller executives and their guests will be headed to Paris, France and on to Cologne and Munich, Germany in late September. The dealers were selected from entries in a brand-sponsored national contest first announced at the 2008 PMA show, according to Pete Richichi, executive vice president of Sales.
Cologne is the host city for 2008 photokina, which is the world’s largest trade fair that offers a comprehensive presentation of all the image media, image technologies, and imaging markets with its own diversity – for professionals as well as for consumers.
Richichi says photokina is the perfect venue for bringing global growth markets together and it is a “great place for resellers to learn what’s really happening in the digital imaging industry worldwide.”
The winners include dealers from: City of Industry, Calif; New York; Rolling Meadows, Ill.; Van Nuys, Calif; Potomac, Md; Palo Alto, Calif.; Vancouver, Wash, and Indianapolis.
Four of WYNIT’s vendor partners (Epson, Garmin, KODAK, and SanDisk) are event sponsors. The party of 16 will accompany WYNIT senior sales leadership on the nine-day, eight-night excursion.
