New York, NY—Vimeo appointed Gillian Munson as its news chief financial officer, effective immediately. Vimeo is a provider of all-in-one video software solutions.
Munson brings 30 years of finance as well as operational experience in the technology industry. Moreover, she has served in multiple CFO, board member, advisory and investor roles.
Munson will report to Vimeo’s CEO, Anjali Sud. In addition, she will oversee all corporate finance, accounting, investor relations and administrative functions.

Most recently, Munson served as CFO at Iora Health. She oversaw its financial management and strategy, including its recent acquisition by One Medical. She has also served as CFO of XO Group, a venture partner at Union Square Ventures. Further, she was a managing director at Allen & Company and an equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley. She currently serves on the boards of Duolingo and Phreesia.

What’s more, Vimeo’s outgoing CFO, Narayan Menon, will remain available to the company as an executive advisor through the end of 2022.
