“Alexis is a prime example of ‘hard work pays off,’” said Jenn Sherry, director of Consumer Sales & Marketing. “From the NYC Ballet to the NBA, he captures both the magic and beauty of what is happening in front of him with such grace, passion and impact. We’re proud to partner with Alexis and look forward to supporting him in his upcoming work.”

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Alexis Cuarezma is a Nicaraguan-born portrait photographer/director. Moreover, he specializes in both on-location and in-studio portraiture.

Cuarezma and his family emigrated to the U.S. when he was just six years old. The move strongly influenced his work, as he incorporates themes of sacrifice—of life, love and self for the greater good.

In addition, the pro photographer is known for his use of bold, vibrant colors. Further, NIKE, Sports Illustrated, the LA Times, the New York Times, HBO and a number of international publications have commissioned Cuarezma for assignments.

In addition to this announcement, Delkin also introduced a 512GB capacity into their top-selling premium Delkin Black UHS-II (V90) SDXC memory card line. What’s more, Delkin builds its Black SD cards using a specialized manufacturing process. The process makes them virtually unbreakable, for reliability and ruggedness.

Coupled with write speeds reaching up to 250MB/s and a higher capacity limit, the card is an all-in-one solution for owners of today’s high-end cameras.

“I shoot with the Fujifilm GFX100. Capturing 100-megapixel files consumes a lot of space and requires a lot of speed, especially in burst mode,” said Cuarezma.

“Delkin’s 512GB Black card opens up incredible creative opportunities. It allows me to dedicate 100% of my focus to shooting all day without having to worry about running out of memory. The transfer speeds are amazing, and I can get straight to reviewing and editing my work immediately.”
