Ronkonkoma, NY—Along with the announcement that Sigma Corporation is developing the 65mm T1.5 FF Cine Prime and 65mm T2.5 FF Cine Classic Prime lenses, CEO Kazuto Yamaki revealed that the company will sell its FF Cine Classic Prime lenses individually. The FF Classic Prime line is the latest family of Sigma cinema lenses.
However, the company will announce pricing and availability of all individual Cine Classic Prime lenses at a future time. Additionally, this move is effective with the introduction of the 65mm T2.5 FF Classic Prime cinema lens. Prior to this announcement, all FF Cine Classic Prime lenses were offered exclusively for purchase as a 10-lens bundled kit.
FF Classic Prime Line Lenses
Sigma Classic Prime cinema lenses have an optical system centered upon uncoated lenses. This configuration makes it possible to achieve both high resolution as well as classic image expression with low contrast and beautiful flaring and ghosting effects.
