Wildlife Master Class with Harry Skeggs

Skeggs is a committed advocate of ethical photography. He is adamantly against baiting, triggers as well as harassment. Instead, all the subjects of his work are shown in their natural habitat, displaying their natural behavior. Skeggs captures them exactly as they should: “wild and free.”

In this free class, Skeggs will walk attendees through various perspectives and photography skill sets he’s developed to create his iconic style. He will also touch on the importance of working with animals in their own environments, rather than relying on harmful practices.

Furthermore, he believes that in order to capture a creature’s true essence, a photographer must immerse themselves into the surrounding habitat and work confidently in an animal’s space.

By offering up his incredible artistry and vast knowledge of his subjects, Skeggs hopes to help photographers develop their own techniques and tricks. His goal is to enable webinar attendees to not only produce their best work but also treasure the freedom their wildlife subjects deserve.

Photographers of all experience levels are welcome to join Harry Skeggs online on February 28, 2023, at 10 a.m. PST. Those interested can register for the event at https://www.bhphotovideo.com/find/eventDetails.jsp/id/4376. The Zoom class will also go live at 1:00 p.m. from the B&H Event Space streaming location.
